Start here. The selected equipment determines the available internal space and payload reference. In the 3D view, the orange end is the door / opening side; the blue end is the back / inside end.
For a normal dry container, start with 20GP. Choose 40HC when you need more length or height.
20GP / 40GP / 40HC rules: Standard enclosed-container planning uses section-first and layer-first loading, grouped by shipper. Select Open Top or Flat Rack to apply their separate OOG rules.
Advanced loading settings
For 20GP / 40GP / 40HC this keeps the locked back-to-door section workflow. Open Top and Flat Rack use their own equipment-specific loading rules.
Strict is recommended for a safer first planning estimate.

One row = one cargo type. Cargo from different shippers can be loaded into the same container.

Use cm: enter the outside package size, quantity and weight per piece. For the example, each shipper uses exactly one carton size, with different shippers using different carton sizes. For the dry-container example, cartons stay at or below 50 cm per side and follow grouped section/layer loading. Open Top and Flat Rack examples use their own OOG rules.
